What this recognition means
Recognition by a micronational body is real and meaningful within the community of micronations — it is how we acknowledge one another, exchange delegations, and take each other's projects seriously.
It is not recognition by a sovereign state, and it changes nothing in international law. No government on Earth recognises Valdoria, and Article II of our Constitution — which may never be amended — requires us to keep saying so plainly.
We are pleased by the recognition, and we will not overstate it. Both of those things can be true at once.
